The job description is a list of requirements to satisfy, not a general overview. Each requirement needs to be answered with yes and actual examples, starting with the most recent and drilling down into specific details, without abstraction.

Each requirement is different, by definition. If you think they’re the same, you’re not understanding the English correctly. Instead, ask yourself why you are not understanding the way in which the requirement differs from the previous requirement.

Questions can be repeated as a deliberate tactic to see how you respond when you have run out of prepared responses. Find new examples to continue answering.

Forthcomingness/Openness: the quality of being willing to volunteer information openly and freely.

Context: Every question is an evaluation of your suitability for the job.

Gratitude: Positivity is often accompanied by gratitude—the practice of appreciating the good things in life, no matter how small. Positive individuals focus on what they have rather than what they lack, leading to greater contentment and satisfaction.

Empathy and Kindness: Positivity extends to interpersonal interactions, where positive individuals tend to show empathy, kindness, and compassion towards others. They uplift and support those around them, fostering positive relationships and a sense of community.

Self-Belief: Positive individuals have confidence in their abilities and believe in their capacity to create positive change in their lives and the world around them. This self-belief fuels motivation and resilience in the pursuit of goals.
